If you are committed to making the change, I offer 60 minute weekly mentoring sessions and tun each program in monthly blocks. I can offer these sessions in person, via video link or over the phone *due to COVID-19 physical distancing rules, the mentoring sessions are only available via telephone or video link.
We will take an aerial review of your life by using a Life Wheel and then using proven strategies, begin to help balance your life to reduce stress, improve your health, improve your universal energy and mindfulness.
