Humans are not meant to live a life of pain and suffering. They are not meant to live life in fear and anxiety.
We are all here to have moments in time, yes some are quite extreme that leave us experiencing extreme pain and adversity but we are not meant to stay there. We are meant to walk through it. Crawl through it if you need to, trip over and scrape your knee on the ground if you must but don't stay down there.
When you were a kid and you fell over, did you stay on the ground? Did you say “ah well this how I'm meant to live my life now"? No, of course you didn't. You cried or you didn't, you got up, grabbed some antiseptic spray and a band-aid to help your body heal and you got on with your day. Some of those internal scratches, cuts and bruises go deeper but if you give them ways to heal, they can. Get up and keep walking and playing. That is where your awakening is.
If your body, your mind and or your spirit is in a state of dis-ease, there are ways of healing it.
You can give yourself the chance to return to a state of ease and feel happy again.
Give yourself permission to heal.
