Humans are not meant to live a life of pain and suffering. They are not meant to live life in fear and anxiety.
We are all here to have moments in time, yes some are quite extreme that leave us experiencing extreme pain and adversity but we are not meant to stay there. We are meant to walk through it. Crawl through it if you need to, trip over and scrape your knee on the ground if you must but don't stay down there.
When you were a kid and you fell over, did you stay on the ground? Did you say “ah well this how I'm meant to live my life now"? No, of course you didn't. You cried or you didn't, you got up, grabbed some antiseptic spray and a band-aid to help your body heal and you got on with your day. Some of those internal scratches, cuts and bruises go deeper but if you give them ways to heal, they can. Get up and keep walking and playing. That is where your awakening is.

I knew we weren't put on Earth to suffer and be miserable and I wanted to be an inspiration for my children. I want to leave a positive legacy that they can be proud of. I want to share my story and my modalities with others, in hope that they too can improve their mind, body and spirit. I have done the background work and want to share it. GRATITUDE is a great key that unlocks happiness. We all have "stuff" going on. We all have different experiences. The key is to fund what we are grateful for.
1. Think of 3 things that you are grateful for (there is no right or wrong answer)
2. Write them down (it has more impact)
3. Read them out loud (let the Universe know)

Fad diets, yoyo diets, meal replacement shakes, blah blah blah. Yuk!! If they worked....you wouldn't have to do them again, would you?

They're not sustainable and cutting out food sources can be dangerous to long term health. Our bodies are designed and required to use a variety of vitamibs, minerals, fats, carbs, protein.....ahhhhh noooo fats and carbs! There's those scary words. I can feeeel the anxiety.....but there a good carbs and fats that the human body NEEDS to run at it's best. Making you think that fats and carbs are bad is just a marketing ploy to scare the s*#t of people into getting into fad diets, meal replacement shakes etc etc

Whenever you think of Vitamin C, what do you think of? I bet you thought of Orange's or the colour orange, am I right?
When you think of the health benefits of Oranges, what did you think of? Good source of Vitamin C, good for colds and flu, am I right?
The majority of you would. I used to as well until I become more educated in nutrition. Why? Because that’s what our parents knew and that is what is marketed to us.
YES it is one of the main foods that are a high source of Vitamin C BUT it is not the only one.
You can also get high levels of Vitamin C from Vegetables.
But why does our body need Vitamin C?
-Antioxidant – fights free radicals in the body that can cause the body to be in dis-ease… a deficiency of antioxidant intake, can lessen the body’s function to fight off sickness.
- Helps with absorption of other nutrients that if there was a deficiency in those, could also cause dis-ease. Vitamin C enhances IRON absorption in the intestines by protecting it from oxidation.
- Collagen – helps the body to maintain collagen levels that plays a part in making teeth and bones, holding cells together (especially useful in the walls of arteries in the heart) and for joining tissue back together after injury.
Like everything that goes into the human body, it is really important to maintain the recommended daily intake ie. Don’t over do it and don’t under do it.

What is the best way to get Vitamin C? Eat foods rich in Vitamin C. Please go to the supermarket and buy food before you buy it in a bottle. Our body’s are designed to break down and absorb FOOD!
There is a list of fruit and veg that contain Vitamin C but the main ones I want to tell you about are:
1 Kiwi Fruit (YUMMO!) I love Kiwi Fruit!
½ cup Raw, Chopped Red Capsicum (otherwise known as red bell pepper)
½ Broccoli (cooked)
½ cup fresh Strawberries
½ cup Brussel Sprouts (cooked)

COURAGE 🦁 BELIEF 💛
The Lion in the Wizard of Oz walked a long journey to find Courage and he found it within himself. He believed that he was inadequate because of his fear. After the Wizard gives him an unknown drink and tells him that it is courage, he believes that he is courageous.
He does many courageous things along his path to "finding courage" without realising that he already has it. He tells himself he is not courageous. He tells himself he needs the Wizard to give it to him.
He was a victim of limiting self belief.
He was a slave to his own fear, created by his own thoughts and disorganised attachments.
What are you telling yourself?
What limiting beliefs do you have from your past conditioning, expectations or that you impose on yourself?
Are you allowing fear to hold you back and not embrace what you already have?
When you are faced with fear, picture yourself as the Lion/ess, feel that you have received the unknown drink that the Lion receives, FEEL YOUR COURAGE and let it guide you through the fear.
Every time you do, the courage you already have, will grow 🌿

Being connected to our Chakra's is a great way to be connected to spirit and help ourselves heal. Knowing where each Chakra is and the energy frequency (colour) and then using these affirmations can help you with your healing, balance and grounding.
